"The staff are helpful and friendly, they did their best to enforce safety at the water park. Unfortunately a large group from a sports team, were rowdy and unsupervised by parents kept stopping on the slides and blocking the slides. The staff had to shut down the slides due to this for approx an hour. So the kids who did not break the rules could only enjoy the slides for a short time before check out. I understand this is not the facilities fault but you may want to consider if there are events...

"The hotel is clean, the pool is very nice,and the breakfast was a typical continental plus eggs and sausages. I had a standard king plus pullout couch and the room was very small. When the pullout couch was out (also small, sleeps one person), it went all the way to the end of king bed, leaving no room to walk past to the window. It was hard to find space for suitcases due to lack of floorspace, and the closet had an odd rack in it so there was no room for suitcases there either. "
