TV remote needed batteries, phone was dead, light bulbs in bathroom were out and there was confusion over the thermostat since one was on the wall and one was on the heat pump unit. Overall a nice stay and good staff but paying attention to the little things left something to be desired. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms were so nice and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pub in the basement and the piano music at Christmas was so nice. "This is a very neat hotel, but not comfortable to just hang out in the room. The bathroom was beautiful and super modern, which didn’t fit the era of the hotel, but I loved it. I would recommend putting up curtains in addition to the blinds because the hall light beamed in all night. There also is nowhere to get ice or water, so bring your own. "
