"Fantastic hotel! Will be staying here again. The first room I was in had ants (it’s that time of year! I wasn’t upset. Ants > bed bugs) so I was upgraded for free to a bigger room. The ONLY complaint I had - and it’s stretching - is the TV was a little small. Otherwise, it’s got a huge parking lot by an outlet mall and a TGI Fridays, and across the street from a gas station. I felt completely safe there the whole time and loved every second of it. There were plenty of options for dogs to go. The rooms were quiet and we only had an issue one night with kids running around, otherwise it was silent and gave my reactive dog some peace to sleep in. "

"It’s my own personal feelings, but I would update the furniture in the lobby as well as the food court. It’s like being dated back to the 70s."

"If you want a quiet night's sleep, book the poolside rooms. Although we liked the views, we didn't like all the loud motorcycles on the main road until well into the night. The rooms were clean, the staff extremely friendly and welcoming, the full breakfast was delicious, and convenient to walk or drive to shops, museums, restaurants, etc. We plan on staying here again (but poolside) and recommended it to friends. 5 stars"
