There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. "I liked the hotel and the location, the crew is awasome, very polite and always willing to help. But the area has a lot of nightlife around it and the walls are not very well isolated. Again I loved the place but I didn't have a restfull stay."

"Needs improvement in several areas; cleanliness, doors did not close appropriately they tried to fixed it several times but still not closing. Sometimes they rent the common areas for parties until 11pm. The city have a problem with water and they use tanks, if there is no electricity there is no water for a shower. You get what you pay! "
