Parking garage was a wee bit tight getting into and out of but it was nice having parking! We still walked everywhere. Nice town. "I went to Rouen last year, and I fell in love with the city. I stayed at Hotel de Quebec at that time too. When I decided to visit Rouen again this year, I just didn’t look for any other hotels. I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice.
