"Absolutely breathtaking vintage hotel! The walk to the hot springs is lovely and very walkable. Being able to see the falls would add to the grandeur. I did not go into the hot pools but to a finger touch the water was warm."

"Our hosts Danny & Mabel were highly attentive and their property is a wonderfully secluded villa amongst the vibrant landscape of Aotearoa New Zealand. Mabel’s morning breakfast is a delight with various fruits and jams all coming from the garden. The proximity to central Rotorua is also within a 15 minute drive. This location is highly recommended. "

"This is such a beautiful property and the room was absolutely wonderful! The only problems we ran into was we thought we misplaced an email with check in information, so we reached out via message and there was an automated response that said they would get back to us within a few days. We ended up finding the email after all, but if they wouldn’t have ever responded, we wouldn’t have been able to get into our room. "We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."
