"Clean room (for the most part), spacious, comfortable beds, good and safe location. The shower was spacious and with plenty of hot water. Will be going back and definitely recommend. Had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Toiletries were supplied. Nice pool with hot tub. Elevators for easy access to top floors. The only thing is I wish they would sweep UNDER the beds because it was super dirty under there. "

"The property was clean and quiet. The staff, especially the Concierge Ester, were all very helpful. We mistakenly left something in the room when we checked out, and when we realized it and returned to the hotel the maid was bringing the item to the front desk. We were so relieved! It was an easy walk to the plaza and the malecon. Highly recommend this property."

"Reservations mean nothing to this hotel. I booked two rooms well in advance for the 2024 Mexican 1000 race so that my team would have a place to crash before the next day of racing. "Excellent and comfortable stay. The property was exactly as illustrated. The only issue was the dishwasher stopped working after 2 weeks and was still not working when we left. Not a big deal. The ocean was colder than expected in January. Pools were good, but a bit on the small side. More walking trails near the complex would have been nice - along the rocky shoreline and into the nearby hills. "
