"Staff were so helpful and friendly. Gluten-free breakfast options were very good, we had a basket of bread, croissants etc every morning. Free bike hire was really useful. Room was a bit dated but clean and tidy. Area around the hotel was nice and quiet, in walking distance from shops and restaurants. About a 30 minute walk to the beautiful old town. "

However the television, although supposedly offering both Italian terestial and satellite channels, did not offer much in english (apart from China National Television news channel in English). "The hotel was very lovely and in a beautiful location. Very accommodating with a good breakfast option. They also called a taxi for us the day we were leaving which was a nice option. Also a 5 min walk to the ferry station which was very convenient. My only wish was that we were able to change the AC temperature. It was in the room but we could not change the temperature. They said it would only blow hot air at the time since they are in the winter season (we went in October), but we tend to...

"Amazing views of the mountains, hotel is right on the lake takes 30 seconds from hotel door to walk to the lake, there is a walking path next to the lake that has good restaurants , paddle board rentals etc."
