"The suite we stayed in was a separate living room, with a door between the living room and bedroom which could be shut. It also had two bathrooms (one ADA and one standard) I had both knees replaced in June and September, 2024. I am still apprehensive taking a shower without grab bars. The ADA bathroom accommodations included a standard shower head, an adjustable/handheld shower head, and a large shower chair. There were lots of grab bars to choose from. When i wanted room service the next morning I called at 9:02am but they said breakfast had already ended. I told then about the paper I was given and they immediately apologized. "This property was in a great location for restaurants and to walk to the convention center. However, there are a lot of unhoused people on the streets nearby which made me feel a bit unsafe as I was traveling alone. It was also very dirty. Trash, feces, etc on the sidewalks. Police did have a presence outside but not at all times. "

"This property is a close walking distance to the Minneapolis convention center. It was very convenient for my event. The rooms were clean and welcoming. The pool was smaller but still enjoyable for my family. "
