The carpets areceorn and dirty, they need changing or at the very least cleaning. 2. The hot water in the shower takes too long to heat up (approximately a minutes) 3. "Property is located next to hart land Quay beach, which is special rock formations. Property is old and simple, but great location, museum with alot of history on property. Recommend this property due to its special location. Restaurant was good home style food and nice attentive staff. "
