"We stayed here for six nights. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, clean and provided all that we required. However the television, although supposedly offering both Italian terestial and satellite channels, did not offer much in english (apart from China National Television news channel in English). "Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. "Very pleasant staff, walkable location to city centre, great tv lots of channels, Alexa in room is nice addition, room quite spacious and hot drink making facilities and fridge provided. Comfortable bed and pillows. Only downside is the rooms are not very soundproof and you can hear people in the corridor and sometimes sound from the adjoining room, the air conditioning is also quite loud.
