"Nice comfortable room, welcome on arrival was luke warm, breakfast was very nice, leisure facilities were very good, the building needs modernising and the room whilst comfortable was dated"

"The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Everyone was so welcoming to us and my dog. The room was spacious and warm. The bar was funny, playing Coronation Street on the big TV on Friday night was an unexpected vibe! The pool, sauna and steam room were lovely and warm, clean and inviting. However the changing rooms could do with an update! And no coffee machine working for morning coffees or espresso martinis was gutting! The grounds were lovely with a little woodland walk to take the pup...

"Room had paper walls coukd here next door chatting loudly tv had a line down the middle which was off putting some had left a black iorn mark on the carpet floor ? No iorn in the room but over all not to bad room 10"

"I stayed here for 2 nights with my family and booked last minute. Location was great and it was a clean and comfortable stay. If you have any mobility issues however, I wouldn't recommend as we stayed at the top which had narrow steep stairs. Other odd quirks were there was not one bowl in the room or kitchen. Also we booked for 3 people and arrived to a room with a fold out and had to find the bedding. We found a fitted sheet available (but didn't fit the fold out couch properly) and a blanket...

"Lovely place to stay and a bargain to boot - indoor pool and outdoor pool open for those brave enough to take the benefits of a cold water dip in November! Car park tight but not an issue with a small car or when there are plenty of spaces...minor issue with a large car park around the corner. Will certainly stay again if in the area."
