"Friendly and welcoming staff on reception. Room, albeit a bit small, was clean. Bathroom was very clean, great shower. Good hairdryer. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Breakfast, good choices. Underground carpark, safe and secure for 10€ per night. Would stay here again if in the area. 👍😃"

"The staff were the best part of this facility. They were all very nice, charming, and accommodating. It's a quick cab ride from the train station. It's only a 15-min walk from the hotel to the historical center. The hotel staff called a cab when returning to the train station, which was very smooth and stress-free. We would stay there again."

It is a little out of town and in an area of Rouen which lacks the charm of this city. However, good transport links and nearby newly built riverside restaurants make a stay here very acceptable."
