"Perfect! Quirky, older, comfortable style. I had a room on the front - spacious, good bed linen, sparkling water and shortbread etc. Good shower (over bath). No noise from road overnight. Very cosy bar area where I ate and superb food. Can see why this would be a great place to dine in summer. I didn’t make breakfast as chose to have a lie in before heading to the office but I’ve seen it’s good "

"This is our fourth stay over the past two years and, as I explained to the Manager at breakfast this morning, we cannot fault the hotel. The staff are wonderful and caring and have all been there each time we have stayed, there is no turnover. They all seem so happy, as does the Manager herself who is very proud of each and every one of her team."

"Great manager dont think anything would be a problem if you asked great staff aswell. Clean linen and hot water after a days work. Its a budget hotel so dont expect the ritz bedrooms just need a refresh but ive stayed for another week. Food is very good and HOT. Overall great. Thanks again jason A"

"I've stayed at the Castle Hotel several times and it's always a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are comfortable and well-stocked, and the location is very convenient for the train station, the town centre and Neath Castle. Always my first choice of hotel when I'm visiting Neath."
