"Ample for what we paid. All working & fit for purpose, though I have trouble with stairs & being on the 2nd floor was a bit of a job as the lift wasn't in action. The sprinkler was hanging off the ceiling, but didn't effect our stay. Quite a noisy room, being directly above the moving bollard but luckily I brought my earplugs so didn't bother me too much."

"Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The WiFi wasn’t very good and to get the gym or pool access card you have to go to reception and hand in your key which is a bit odd. Other than that, superb!"

"Beautiful modern hotel and we had a lovely big room. Friendly staff and the young staff in the restaurant were very friendly, polite and efficient. Breakfast and meals were all delicious and always served hot. All areas of the hotel were very clean. Lovely patio overlooking the vineyard enjoying a glass of wine. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at the Tower hotel and spa, the staff are super friendly and efficient and the food is delicious I had the roast lamb dinner both nights of my stay because it was so delicious, I didn’t sleep very well on my first night in the tower and mentioned this to a lovely lady who worked in the restaurant and in no time at all they moved me to another room, nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be returning. "

"Though the Hotel is on Cardiff Road you can easily miss it parking is easy. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are modern and immaculate bar is small and very tidy. I had a big English breakfast. A great place to stay with a view of Aberfan "

"Although very slightly a little old fashioned it was excellent. The main asset of this hotel is the staff as every single person we met with was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Probably suits the more mature clientele, which is us, and the entertainment in the evening most likely would get through the auditions on Britain’s Got Talent but this is more than made up for by the staff and delicious food especially breakfasts. "Myself and my husband, stayed at the twelve nights on thursday 6th june after a take that concert. I found my experience from start to finish was exceptional from the staff to the amazing breakfast cooked by rosie. Who deserves a special mention. Will definitely be back "
