"Beautiful location next to river and parkland, close to town and access to spa day centre. Hotel is clean, a bit dated, and service is generally good. Problem only on check out which set us back half an hour - staff could not overcome a computer set back which may be evident that a general upgrade to hotel facilities and staff training may be required"

But make sure to make reservatiins at any restaurant in this area for a Saturday night. Don't miss the porterhouse steak in the restaurant across the street. Pool area and terrasse is amazing. Highly recommend this place off the beaten path. 1 hour to each Pisa and Florence from here. "

"The check-in was very easy for us. Our Italian is limited but they spoke English quite well. They were very nice people. The breakfast was beautiful, and we sat at a table in the corner next to a window with a magnificent view. Lovely cappuccino!
