"Wonderful countryside estate in a great location. Charming house on an olive farm. It is in a quiet, private area and is very relaxing. Beautiful views and lots of room for kids to run around and explore. The location was also excellent for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Vinci, even the coast. The property was spacious and clean. The host was always available and very responsive/helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This is the perfect property for a large, multi generational family. We were warmly welcomed and looked after by Valerio. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, the huge garden, the play park and the rural location. Dinner cooked for us by Valerio’s family was superb."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa in San Gennaro. The villa has two big bedrooms and the location is lovely and quiet with just the sound of the church bells (but the windows and heavy shutters keep the villa quiet!) The terrace gets the sun in the day and the villa stays nice and cool during the day. The hosts met us and showed us where the villa was and were in communication as needed throughout the stay to ensure we had everything we needed. San Genarro is VERY hilly so keep this in...

"We found the property to be very well equipped, had everything you’d need or expect from a holiday apartment, the lounge, bedroom and bathroom were all of a good size and very comfortable, our only criticism would be the kitchen area would benefit from an additional electric socket."

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."
