"Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning. But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby."

"This hotel is a bit tired. The pool was dirty. The room needed a good cleaning. The beds are hard and they only had a single sheet on the beds, no blankets. We asked for more pillows and got a couple but it would have been nice to have more pillows. The breakfast in the morning had a nice selection. But the best part is that it was right across the street from the Bumba Meu Boi festival! We were in Sao Luis to go to a festival and were quite happy that is was so close. The down side is...

"Basic rooms at basic prices. Breakfast choices adequate but nothing extraordinary. Helpful staff, loud AC in the rooms, hot dining area for breakfast. Comfortable beds but rooms small and ugly."

"I stayed there prior to an early morning flight and found the staff very friendly and helpful and the faciluties clean, although a bit old. The area seemed quiet, though it was hard to tell, given the thunderstorm. I left before the breakfast was served."

"O lugar tem tudo pra ser otimo, mas precisa muito de manutenção, a tampa da lixeira e da privada saíram na minha mão quando fui utilizar, o quarto estava com cheiro de mofo misturado com tinta e as roupas de cama empoleiradas, deu para ficar pois passei apenas uma noite, ja cheguei de madrugada e sai pela manhã, mas o lugar esta descuidado! Os funcionários são atenciosos e o cafe da manhã foi bom, realmente a estrutura que precisa de mais atenção. Tambem tive problema com o pagamento que fiz...

"Ficamos no quarto 11 que é um quarto de casal pequeno. A cama é confortável, mas o espaço no quarto é reduzido. O banheiro é bem pequeno, mas atendeu nossa necessidade pois ficamos só uma noite. "
