Overall good stay
Overall, we had a pretty good stay at this hotel. For the money, it delivers good value. The room itself was pretty clean, but our shower was quite dirty and could use a proper deep cleaning. But all the staff were very Nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold items, including a good selection of fresh fruit. And the location is very good, especially for a nice dinner out on a restaurant near the Lagoon or at champs mall nearby.

Hotel prático.
Hotel profissionalle é um hotel prático e confortável. Disponibiliza um excelente café da manhã e você ainda tem a opção de almoçar ou jantar no restaurante do hotel. Almocei o Strogonoff, que estava muito bem servido e delicioso. Hotel bem conservado e com fácil acesso ao transporte público ou a Uber.

Segunda vez que me hospedo e só tenho elogios. O primeiro quarto não gostei tanto por causa da pia no quarto, no entanto não é algo que incomode, apenas gosto pessoal mesmo. Já o segundo quarto era perfeito. Limpeza impecavel, cama confortável, ar condicionado que gela, banheiro limpo e higienizado, chuveiro que esquenta e um espelho enorme. Simplesmente só elogios. Além da educação das pessoas que trabalham lá.

Hotel razoável, boa tarifa, reforma urgente
O banheiro é pequeno, precisa se ajeitar num canto para poder fechar a porta. Limpeza do banheiro precária, cheia de limo nos rejuntes, mofo no teto e manchas nos azulejos (marca de gordura e de produto). Chuveiro de teto que a água saia "espalhada". Assim, precisa de reforma urgente. Pia setorizada, para fora, o que avalio como ponto positivo, pois adianta a higienização quando estão em dois. Ar condicionado, que apesar de gelar a contento, escorria água, causando bolor e estufamento na parede. TV com várias opções de canal e cama tamanho queen. Roupas de cama de qualidade mediana, porém, a fronha do travesseiro estava manchada (amarelada). Armário com ótimo espaço e cofre também. Espelho de corpo disponível. Café da manhã com várias opções de qualidade boa. Porém, o espaço onde é servido é insuficiente para atender a todos, de forma que havia hóspedes aguardando em pé ou dividia a mesa com outros. Sugiro trocar as mesas que são muito grandes, assim como as cadeiras, visando à otimização do espaço. Em razão do tamanho, a circulação de pessoas acaba sendo prejudicada também. A localização é boa, próximo a shopping e outros comércios.
