"Great location in the heart of the town centre, warm friendly, professional and efficient welcome. There are pleasant communal areas, yet there is no bar or restaurant; the only food and drink available is from vending machines. The rooms are very compact, yet are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a pleasant place to be, however, there is no space for a chair or desk. I booked a room with a window, yet, my room had only a window with obscured glass so I might as well had reserved a room...

"I often found the bar un-manned. I either wanted a drink, to pay and leave, but often there wasn't someone there so I had to wait. My room didn't have a water container for the coffee machine and there's a very strange hallway connecting the building and the rooms which is COLD. "

"Hot water fluctuated. Central location handy for walking about town. Staff helpful, especially at breakfast which was filling. "

"It was friendly with good music and nice breakfast items and menu. The bed was comfy, but my disability wasn't catered for, so my partner had to carry mobility aid upstairs and downstairs, and I struggled a bit on stairs. It was inconvenient and staff were very much in good spirits. "
