The rest of the time, they expect you to call if you need help, which is not realistic for foreign travellers, especially if you are not fluent in French or Italian. The building is locked, so basic safety is not an issue. However, when the internet went out, I had no way to contact anyone...

"Extremely small room, with a desk of strange form (seems taken from another place) that has no connection to the room. If someone is sitting at the desk, he must get up for another person to pass.
