Nice hotel. Room was small and dark but fine. Roof top restaurant is magnificent for just a drink or dinner. Set on a characterful street with many cages. Very helpful staff.

Perfect location. Excellent rooftop restaurant with a delicious breakfast buffet. The standard rooms are a bit cramped and old but the hotel still made an adequately pleasant impression.

You can't have a better location for an hotel in Ajaccio. Right in the middle of the old city and quiet! The restaurant/bar on the roof top is amazing and a spa pool en plus! Very clean and quiet, That's it!

Near Napoleon’s Home.
The continental breakfast was excellent. The shower was difficult to control HOT water. Very HOT. Bathroom door did not close. Needs to be cut on the side. We left a camera at hotel. We hope they will send it to us via Fed ex. Friday night loud music on street. Many small cafes near hotel on pedestrian street. Two nice museum. Home of Napoleon close by. fesch museum near by.

Hotel in a great position for visiting the city. Room was big and clean but very basic. The roof terrace is good to have a drink with a view but forget about the pool, it is really too small compared to the pictures. Staff was helpful. There is a public parking close by, ask for hotel discount at the front desk.

I chose this hotel as it said VIP access. This is a con. You will not get upgraded and the free drink is a soft drink and you wont get that either. I had to keep asking for it and the staff acted like it was coming out of their pocket. I complained to the front desk but no recovery. The hotel is noisy. The pool small and full of ash. No changing rooms. The bathroom door did not close properly either. Expedia should remove them from the VIP access as it is just a trick to get guests to stay. Avoid this hotel.

I stayed in the studio, which isn’t actually in the hotel but in the building opposite. It was awful, not 3-star standard certainly. One of the main issues was really the smell, a mixture of damp and smoke. Disappointingly all my clothes smelt of smoke by the time I left :(.

Poor value for money
Price paid for room. 170 euro. Very basic certainly not value for money. As a silver member stated that we got a free beverage which was not mentioned by staff and only received it after I noticed later. Soft drink or water. Also be aware that they take 150euro deposit. Two days later still waiting for money to be returned from my account. Has gone out but not back in. Room poor condition and cramped.

Ok hotel in good location with amazing rooftop
Hotel with a very central location in Ajaccio. The rooftop terreace restaurant is very good with good food, great cocktails and an amazing view. Gym was also nice. We had a standard room, which was very small with a tiny bathroom. I guess that is on us for not ordering a different room, but 4 days in a room of that size was a bit too much. Especially when there was very little room for hanging towels and swimming wear. We complained several times on the AC in the room, but they never fixed it. The AC was set on 25 degrees, and even though we changed it, it went automatically back to 25 after an hour or so. Not good when it was 35 degrees outside. We were promised several times that someone would fix it, but nothing happened. The reception people also didnt give any information upon check in. Maybe it is because English is not their strongest language, to say the least, but they should give more standard information on the hotel, spa, check out etc.

Il n'a été que de courte durée car nous avions pris un Airbnb pour la reste du séjour. Cependant, nous avons appelé trois ou quatre jours après car nous avions oublié des affaires dans la chambre. Ils nous expliquent qu'ils n'ont plus nos affaires. (un pantalon, une chemise et une ceinture de marque). Personne ne nous as prévenu. Finalement, au bout d'une semaine et car nous avions une amie habitante d’Ajaccio qui s'est déplacée, ils ont miraculeusement "retrouvés" nos affaires mais nous ont facturé 20 balles pour nous renvoyer le tout sur le continent. Pour le prix de la chambre, nous nous attendions à un service d'un autre standing...

Ce n’est pas un hôtel que je recommanderai. Il est mal insonorisé, on entends le moindre bruit. La femme de ménage ne fait que de toquer, je demande à la réception qu’elle ne passe pas un jour et la femme de ménage rentre quand même alors qu’il y avait quelqu’un dans la chambre. En arrivant dans la chambre la paroi de douche était cassée, quelqu’un est venu l’a réparer mais elle s’est recasée quelques jours plus tard. Les couloirs sentent mauvais la cigarette et odeurs nauséabondes à la réception. Le personnel désagréable. La chambre est petite, ne parlons pas de la sdb. Seul point positif le petit déjeuner.
