"Good hotel, but we had to change rooms because the double bed was tiny and the mattress was horrible, so they offered us single beds, but the mattress wasn't the best either. When you're on holiday, the least you expect is a comfortable bed to sleep in. The staff did their best to please us, but apparently it's normal not to have a good bed in a hotel. Another thing €10 per day to park the car in an extremely tight parking lot, I thought parking was included in the price."

However I was there for five nights and no one replaced my toilet paper or gave new towels or seemingly did any maintenance! "Requested a non smoking room, room had definitely been smoked in, as noted by the strong odour and cigarette burn marks on the bed spread. The room was not what was reserved. Very dirty as well, I went to the store and bought cleaning products as there were noticeable black dirty smudges on the head board, all of the flat surfaces and the light switches. We ended up leaving and finding a new hotel, hotels.com was unable to negotiate a refund either. "
