"The room caught us by surprise, it was all cement finished walls throughout. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was updated. We had a small balcony, it was perfect. There was no TV in the room, which was great because we were there to enjoy the scenery not to watch TV. It had a 24 hour access to the rooftop area with a 6 person jacuzzi. We especially loved that we could easily rent snorkeling & beach gear. Coolers are provided and free ice is plentiful. "This property its NOT in bussines and your app keep taking reservations. The new owners said theres nothing they can do the hotel been closed for 2 months already. They let us stay at our own risk, paying cash and with no kind of service at all, but what can we do if theres where no place to stay and ur help center didnt help me when i ask for!!!"
