"This hotel is located 2 minutes from the ferry with lots of restaurants and things to do in the area. Onsite parking is very useful too. Communication is very difficult though. There is no one onsite and they can only be reached by text. We had a difficult time having our sheets changed (they were dirty when we arrived), and we never had responses to our questions about lockers before our arrivals. I’d say aside from the lack of service, this is a pretty good choice."

The view from the pool was great, overlooked downtown Esperanza from a distance and the ocean. Our room was cozy and maintained. The bed was one of the best hotel beds we have ever slept on. And no tvs, helped with regaining a little inner peace. Staff was helpful anytime needed."
