However the location is remote here, and there are few amenities, it states it is in San Sébastien but it is at least an hours walk from the town. "Hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable. Excellent value and also includes breakfast (delicious donuts in particular according to the kids). Very convenient location, not up many hills or steps. Rooms each had a smart tv,air con and a little fridge. "Liked the look of these apartments, but after reading various reviews was very open as what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised and would give it top marks for a 3 star hotel, have been to higher grade hotels that have not been as good. The room was spacious and clean and did not lack for anything. The beds were very comfortable and shower was hot and powerful. Breakfasts were very continental, but for the money very good and we never left hungry. "
