"Everything was amazing! I really love our stay here. It would be good to write in the descriptions what is included and what is not, because it is not clear. We had to pay extra for the spa, which was surprising for a spa resort. But everything else was more than wonderful - both the service and the attitude and the quality."

"We were disappointed with service in the restaurant in particular. Mis-taken orders. Staff chatting with one another while holding a meal en route to a table. The Main dishes were just average. "The hotel was very centrally located and a 10 minute walk from the ferry port. We had a modern room on the fourth floor with a large balcony. Breakfast was included and a good buffet was served with hot and cold options. There was no bar in the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful recommending 3 restaurants nearby for dinner.
