"Marriott appears to really be struggling to staff their properties in KC. I recently stayed downtown at the Sheraton and the Westin and observed a similar shortage. Unfortunately, this makes it tough to get that extra towel, sheets for the pull out, etc that are necessities for a stay. As always, staff is well trained and friendly and the property has a solid breakfast. For the money, this is a great place to stay. "

"I’ve stayed twice now here and the first time I had to switch rooms and go upgraded to a suite and it was awesome so thought I’d try again and this time was just not as great. The rooms water pressure wasn’t great one of the tvs didn’t work, and the fridge was dirty. I would stay here again but if placed in my last room I’d ask for a different one so I could actually take a shower and not just get dribbled on. "
