"When we arrived early as check in was 1600 they allowed us to check in and gave us free upgrade which was much appreciated. We dropped bags in bag store and went out to explore and they were brought back to our room at 1600. The hotel is very large made up of lots of sections with a free train bus at certain times to get around. We walked all over and it’s a very well kept lovely looking resort. "Fantastic pet friendly hotel. Really welcoming staff who went beyond. Loved the location, choice of restaurants In walking distance. Ease of parking the car. We opted for the underground car park but there was parking on the roads nearby. Will definitely visit again. Loved the dog spa room as well. "

"We stayed for 6 nights February 2024. Location is nice and secure. The room was very well stocked with laundry (washing machine is in your own apartment) and kitchen supplies (including an electric water kettle). Apartment was very nice and spacious and the bedroom was cool upstairs with circular stairs. One oddity, the shower is small and does not have a curtain/door behind you so water can get all over. Will definitely come back."

"Only stayed the one night but easy to find, staff were friendly and communicated well. As the reception was closed when we arrived we were given clear instructions on what to do. Took a good 5/10 mins for the water to run hot in the shower when we first arrived but after that no issues. Overall really nice place "
