"I stayed in this small family hotel almost every year since 2016 at the end of August or beginning of September. Good breakfast, spa area (jacuzzi, sauna, hamam), very friendly and helpful owner. Also, when you stay during the summer, you will get a free cable car pass (+local buses in Saastal) in a form of an electronic pass. The area is very calm especially compared to Saas Fee and Zermatt. Having a car definitely helps if you want to have a dinner in one of those fancy restaurants in Saas...

"Europalace exceeded all expectations. We got a corner lake view room and it was absolutely stunning! The hotel room was spacious, clear and you could tell that the bathrooms had recently been renovated. The location is perfect, and walkable to all the necessary areas around. The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel. If you take the train, just know there is a bus stop that is slightly hidden that will take you to the city center then you will have to walk to the hotel. But, that is just...

The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. "This is a lovely hotel a few blocks from the train station. It is clean, room was well appointed, we had a great view, bed was comfy and towels were generously cushy. Breakfast was a great array of light options… ( instant coffee capuccino was disappointing.) Staff was not welcoming… a tad gruff. I’d definitely recommend the Corona for a 2-3 day stay in Domodosdola. "
