"The cleanliness of the hotel is great, I definitely couldn't fault it for that. The decor is also very appealing, very modern, with clean and sleek lines. The location is great, right next to the train station and opposite a well stocked Co-op. The negatives that we experienced were as follows; we had to wait more than an hour to get access to our room (for which the hotel did give us a free drink voucher), but after a long drive we really just wanted to relax in our room. "This was a stop-off for us on our way to visit our Grandson in Suffolk. The hotel was very clean including our double room. Our only criticism was that we were told at checkin that breakfast was served up to 11am. We went down at 10:15 only to be told that they stopped at 10:00 but that they could provide pastries which wasn't what we wanted or paid for. That being said, the Duty Manager was very good and arranged a refund straight away. Great location for access to the City !"
