"The location is best as it is at the center of the city. The information about ZTL and parking option is clear. We chose to find free parking outside of the wall based on the info from the staff and the they didn't mind at all although it will not make them money. The breakfast is superb!! Good and abundant choices, tasty too. Cost performance is very good considering how affordable the hotel rate is."

"This property was amazing. The staff was so incredibly professional, nice, helpful and friendly. I can’t say enough of how nice they were. The views from this property were amazing rolling Hills of Tuscany and the weather was rainy so I just could imagine how beautiful it would’ve been with the sunshine. We found the step into the bathroom concerning as using the bathroom during the night when in a semi-conscious state, 2 of our party had stumbles. The staff were very attentive and always friendly.
