"The hotel is generally good but I was very bothered by the music and noise from a restaurant downstairs on the first night during my stay. I asked to change the room and the staff was helpful to arrange a quiet room for me on the next day. You may want to double check with the hotel on this point before you reserve if you are a light sleeper as I am."

"We were able to check in just after midnight. The front door was locked by this time for security, but the front desk answered the intercom, and the service was great, self check in was easy. The front desk staff speaks perfect english. The cocktail at the bar was delicious! "

"Great little hotel a few minutes walk from Train station. Near center of town and short walk to the amazing Duomo, great restaurants and vibe in the area. Great staff, super nice. Would stay here again"

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "
