They booked us airport transfers for $23 USD each was, rented us a scooter to see the caves and suggested to just do the caves ourselves instead of the tours which was so beneficial and smart. "The location of this hotel was nice, beautiful scenery. It was a clean room. It was nice that I could pay extra to be picked up from my bus, especially when it was kind of late 10pm. But I actually felt unwelcome kind of odd like I wasn’t supposed to be there. When we arrived I was just placed into my room quickly and wasn’t given any information, nothing about the wifi or breakfast. I guess there isn’t breakfast? "Fab stay. Helpful from start to finish. We had breakfast. Delightful simple breakfast which was super cheat. Laundry completed and transfers organised. It was a brief stay for one night but loved this area so much we wished we stayed longer. Limited tourism which is right up my street but plenty to do in the day and night "

"We had the most wonderful stay here. It was one of our favourite parts of Vietnam. It was peaceful and relaxing in the countryside and on the lake. The hotel had a lovely atmosphere with warm, welcoming staff and animals! The rooms were beautiful and the restaurant had lots of choice. The daily free yoga was a huge highlight and we were able to rent bikes to get to nearby attractions. We will recommend this hotel to everyone and we hope to stay again soon. "

"Well, I find it Ironic that Hotels.com send me an email for a review of a hotel I did not even stay in! I had booked 3 nights through hotels.com for Saigon Phong Nha Hotel. When I arrived there was no one at the property to even check me in. I looked around everywhere for someone. The front of the building has a restaurant/function room and all the lights were left on. I could walk anywhere I wanted in the hotel and not a single staff member to be seen. The reception desk unattended. The...
