"We have stayed here several times in the past. Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. I was told 2 years ago they were in progress of updating the rooms not no sign...

"Great location friendly helpful staff good sized room overlooking the street which was nice comfy bed. Could do with a little bit of attention to paintwork big dead insect in the light fitting over the shower not particularly attractive , I would stay again"

"Only difficulty was finding somewhere to park if arriving late. Do a bit of research (unlike me!). The nearby Saint Dennis car park is closed for entry after 2300 or something. Theres another car park a 5 min walk away (Neujean) which is 24hr - also has charging points. Staff was very accommodating for my late arrival with clear instructions for collecting the key (not 24hr desk)."

Hotel rooms were above a cocktail bar situated opposite a small square filled with bars and restaurants, close to the town hall. Room had 4 single beds set up as two doubles, separated by a small set of shelves and a small dining table with four chairs. There was no air con, but a large fan was provided.
