"The best Best Western I've ever stayed at in all sense of the word. Very clean, very hospitable, very nice restaurant area and food, and of course lovely people. If you need a place to stay for the night and into the next day id recommend this place. Especially if youre in a pinch and cant get back home immediately. "

"Positives - a welcoming reception, comfortable bed, parking, everywhere spotless, decent kettle and good shower. Negatives - the small tv only receives a few channels - very few. It still seems tuned in to Freeview as it was when it first came out. The system probably just needs retuning. And there was a bit of rust on a grab rail in the shower. I reckon that these are tiny negatives and on balance I feel the hotel was good value."

"We booked in to stay while attending an event nearby, and the location was perfect to get to and from it easily. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally attentive and good-humoured, which made us feel really welcomed. It was an easy check-in, helped by the fact that you can do some of it online. The place was a bit of a maze of corridors when you went up to find your room, which took a bit of getting used to when it came to navigating. One area had a rather musty smell in the corridor, but...

"It’s an old building and tired in places. The floors are uneven and floors creek, but rooms were clean and beds were comfy. It’s what I expected for the price. Great location to the village and friendly staff. "

"The service was excellent through the stay. The rooms are set in converted buildings away from the main building which overlook the common used courtyard. The evening meal was well cooked and large portions with a choice related of burgers, chicken, pizza and chips. The room was well located for Duxford and the Air Show we attended and suited us for an overnight stay."
