They tried to put me in a small room and demanded money for the room at checkout. They showed a expedia voucher for INR 7257 and told me that it was not paid by Expedia. Hotels.com sold the room to me for INR 8878 and took the payment from me."

"I booked this place for two nights . Beddings were not hygienic at all. When we arrived we had to specifically asked to change pillow cover.There were clear marks of red/black patches. I am skeptical how house keeping staff could not notice it. Then at night we observed that the Blanket was full of fungus and covered with an uncleaned cover. So we asked to change. it was cleaned with water instead of changing with a fresh blanket . The.we had to sleep with a half dry blanket of course turning...
