"This hotel is very convenient for taking the metro. It is in a quiet neighborhood. There are lots of dining options and a wonderful Artisan patisserie right around the corner. Maria was exceptionally helpful in giving me directions to places I wanted to visit. It is close to Montmartre, and the shopping around this area is much cheaper than central Paris. "The property was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but no milk, so I had to ask the staff at the reception desk for some. There was also a slightly disturbing encounter of knocking on my door just after midnight and someone opened the door. The gentleman at the front desk apologised when I asked about it in the morning and said he was checking something."

The area was brilliant - 2 metro stations were less than 5 minutes walk away, lots of food places to get around the hotel, and 2 grocery shops right next to it. The rooms were small but lovely, soundproof and clean, the bathroom was great. "I’d flown in from the US overnight for a one night stay and wasn’t at my best, but the front desk was very helpful and the room was fine - it had a small balcony one could look out from and remind yourself that you weren’t in the US any more. The location was very near the Arc de Triomphe - easy to find on maps, and near the metro."
