"I loved the attention to detail. We stay in a decent number of inns, B&Bs and hotels - most of which are excellent. This is the only one with decent tea AND agave. Some other distinguishing features: bidet, lots of snacks & refreshments, baked goods for breakfast already in room, adjustable-light mirror and embossed toilet paper. I loved that the rooms were not colonial decor with flowered bedding and traditional furniture - so common in this area. Very clean with the guest in mind!"

"The young couple who own the Harvest Barn Inn are wonderful. The breakfasts were well thought out and excellent. Coffee and cookies were available in the afternoon and the cookies were delicious. The inn is located on a quiet road close to the VT Country Store and downtown Bellows Falls is unique and inviting. Beautiful views. Can’t say enough good things about this inn. "

"This little cabin is exactly what the owner purports it to be. No more; no less. It's quaint and the bedrooms are small. Because it's a cabin. The shower is small. Because it's a cabin. "I didn't realize it was a bed & breakfast when I reserved our room (my mistake), but it was fine. I'm handicapped and had to go up steps in the old home with my luggage (obviously, no elevator). While the room was small and a bit cramped for us, it was nice, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Again, this is not a knock on the property. It was very quaint. Just my mistake for not realizing exactly what I was booking."
