The response from the manager was that AC was working, it was not hot and we did something to the water and electricity. The worst experience overall. "There are no problems with the bedroom, the property owner, or the management. (Do call or text with your exact arrival hour, though.) The biggest issue you may have with this place is reaching it with your suitcase wheels intact, because you are going into the old part of Agrigento and depending on your approach angle, you may be dealing with seemingly-endless bumpy walkways, staircases, and roads which allow one car at a time.
