The villa is delightful, as are the views over the hills towards the coast. Tarek was great - I can't praise his hospitality too highly. It is hard to think of anything I would change. Thank you very much!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für jeden der Ruhe mag.Die Anreise mit dem Auto ist speziell für normale Fahrzeuge außer SUV kaum zu bewerkstelligen.Tatsächlich ist die Ausstattung des Hauses in die Jahre gekommen, was wir an sich nicht schlimm fanden aber mit wenig Aufwand könnte man dies beheben.Leider ließ die Grundreinigung zu wünschen übrig, sodass wir etwas nachhelfen mussten, um uns wohl zu fühlen.Ein großes Lob geht an Tarek, egal ob wir Probleme mit Wasser oder Strom hatten er war schnell zur Stelle und hat es behoben.Er hat uns auch regelmäßig mit Spezialitäten verwöhnt und hat uns gute Tips zu Wochenmärkten, Restaurants und Stränden gegeben.Vielen lieben Dank an Tarek.

Excellent séjour, dans un cadre véritablement idillyque. La maison est conforme aux photos et est très agréable. Tarek est aux petits soins pour rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Petit bémol, la villa est un peu éloignees des lieux à visiter.

Tolles Haus! Toller Service! Toller Pool!
Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben! 3 Schlafzimmer mit Dusche/Wc im ersten Obergeschoss. Ein Schalfzimmer mit Zugang über die Terrasse mit Dusche. Das Wc dazu befindet sich im Wohnbereich, was aber kein Problem war. Eine Grundreinigung wäre generell mal nötig, aber es war noch gerade so ok. Das Geschirr war vollkommen ausreichen und zum Teil mehr als nötig. Das Kochgeschirr war etwas wenig, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir haben um einen staubsauger gebeten, den hat Tarek dann besorgt! Hätten wir etwas zusäthliches benötigt, hätte Tarek es mit Sicherheit besorgt. Wir haben hauptsächlich gegrillt. Der Grill war super. Die Pizzeria am ende der Strasse war auch sehr gut. Anfahrt zum Haus ist wirklich sehr holprig, aber auch das, war nach der ersten Fahrt kein Thema. Pool/Terrasse war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Tarek hätte auch dir Küche jeden morgen aufgeräumt, aber wir haben diesen Service abbestellt und haben es selbst gemacht. Nicht so doll ist, dass man das Haus nicht abschliessen kann, aber auch das hat uns am 2 Tag nicht mehr gestört, da die Lage das zulässt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe maison près d’Agrigente.
Belle maison au calme ,bien agencée avec une belle piscine (agréable avec la chaleur.) Tarek aux petits soins avec nous. Le seul bémol c’est le chemin qui mène à la maison. Voiture basse s’abstenir 🤗

Sehr schön!
Die Villa ist echt schön, genau wie beschrieben. Sehr abgelegen aber das ist ja der Charme und was wir gesucht haben. Der Pool ist sehr groß (16x3 oder so) gut zum schwimmen geeignet und ca 1,50 tief. Nun zum Besten: Tarek kümmert sich toll um alle Belange, sei es Restaurantbuchungen, Hinweise zum schönsten Strand oder eine Flasche Olivenöl von den Bäumen neben dem Haus. Wir haben unsere 2 Wochen sehr genossen und werden sicher irgendwann wiederkommen!

Abseits und ruhig
Das Haus ist allgemein in einem guten und gepflegten Zustand. Die Fotos der Zimmer entsprechen der Realität. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle klimatisiert und verfügen über WC/Dusche auf dem Zimmer. Lediglich das Zimmer im Anbau (neben der Küche) hat kein WC und man muss über die Terrasse ins Haus (keine 10 m). Dies ist aber kein Problem, da das Zimmer nur zum Schlafen genutzt wird und tagsüber hält man sich im Haus oder der Terrasse auf. Hand- und Strandtücher waren vorhanden, die Betten waren frisch bezogen. Die Küchen-Ausstattung ist OK. Besteck, Teller, Messer, Pfannen, Töpfe,..... alles vorhanden. Einziger Kritikpunkt unsererseits wäre, dass es keine Hausschlüssel gibt. D.h. das Haus ist immer offen und begehbar. Aber dadurch dass es so abseits jeglicher Zivilisation liegt ist das auch kein Problem. Das Hoftor ist abschliessbar und alle Zugänge sind Kameraüberwacht. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas "ruppich". Am besten nicht mit einem Porsche anreisen. Für normale PKW problemlos machbar. Allerdings muss mit einer längeren Fahrt zum Strand gerechnet werden (30-45min), wenn man Abseits wohnt. Wir kamen sehr spät an (ca 1. Uhr Nachts), da die Fähre aus Genua 3 Stunden Verspätung hatte. Trotz dieser Uhrzeit wurden wir sehr herzlich und freundlich von Tarek mit Sekt und Wein empfangen mit Rundgang durch das Haus. Wir möchten hiermit Tarek herzlich danken. Er beantwortet alle Fragen und hilft immer weiter. Er reinigt den Pool, entsorgt den Abfall, stellt Stühle und Liegen an ihren Platz und hängt sogar die Handtücher zum Trocknen auf während alle schlafen. Er ist immer präsent und erreichbar, aber doch unsichtbar. Wir empfehlen das Haus jedem der Ruhe und Entspannung haben möchte, ohne den Touristen und Hotel-Trubel. Nonostante la disponibilità di Tarek abbiamo avuto disagi fin dal primo giorno per il rifornimento di acqua (poca) e conseguentemente con la caldaia (acqua freddissima). Il problema è stato risolto parzialmente mercoledì sera sostituendo al pompa. La casa e’ ben arredata ma necessita di interventi tecnici (non c’è la possibilità di chiudere a chiave, la caldaia non è dimensionata per 8 persone). Questo purtroppo ha influito notevolmente con il buon esito della vacanza e siamo molto dispiaciuti

Magnifique villa et accueil au top !
Très belle villa, très agréable, joliment décorée et aménagée, très spacieuse et bien équipée, tant au niveau de la cuisine que du salon, toutes les chambres avec douche et toilettes. Agréable jardin avec palmiers, citronniers, bougainvilliers, avec une vue panoramique magnifique sur la campagne sicilienne, environnement calme, avec de belles terrasses très bien équipées, et une piscine fantastique ! Absolument conforme aux photos ! Un séjour relaxant ! Excellent accueil de Tarek, très sympathique, à l'écoute et toujours disponible pour nous pendant tout le séjour, encore merci pour sa gentillesse !

Ein Traum von Haus
Wer Erholung, Natur, Ruhe, Meer und auch Kultur sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Ein wirklich außergewöhnlich schön eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Ein Pool zum Schwimmen, eine Terrasse mit tollem weiten Ausblick, ein Gasgrill für leckere mediterrane Küche, genug Platz für alle. Ein Auto sollte man auf alle Fälle haben - aber kein tiefer gelegtes. Tarwk heißt einen willkommen ins kümmert sich, wenn etwas sein sollte. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Top Haus mit Mega Ausblick!!!
Es war eine schöne Woche die wir in dem Haus verbringen durften. Auch wir müssen Tarek, die wirklich gute Seele des Hauses loben. Super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Einmal brachte er eine Flasche Wein oder mal eine Flasche Olivenöl oder es standen frische Weintrauben da. Wenn man Fragen hat kann man ihn einfach über WhatsApp erreichen. Tarek gibt einen Tippe für diverse Ausflüge, gute Strände oder auch Tipps wo man gut und nicht teuer essen gehen kann. Tarek ist echt klasse!!! Das Haus hat er auch super stilvoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Der Pool ist zwar nicht breit, aber sehr lang, ideal um auch mal ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Die Küche war mit allem bestückt was man braucht. Er hat uns auch noch Kaffeefilter und Kaffee vorbei gebracht. Die Kücke sieht so noch gut aus, hat aber seine besten Tage hinter sich. Dennoch war es aber ok. Sie war sauber und das ist die Hauptsache. Was man vllt erwähnen sollte, das man mit tiefergelegten Auto nur schwer zum Haus kommen würde, es ist etwas abgelegen und der Weg dort hin etwas, naja sagen wir uneben. Wir waren mit einem VW Passat dort und sind paar mal aufgesessen... aber da hab ich nicht aufgepasst. Wenn man guckt wo man hin fährt geht es aber:) Aber der Ausblick am Ende entschädigt es, versprochen... wenn ihr morgens im Bett liegt und die Sonne aufgehen seht... unbeschreiblich. Palmen und Vordach bieten im Sommer genug Schatten. Alles in allem war es sehr schön. Und an der Stelle nochmal einen lieben Gruß an Tarek:)
