"The condo was great needs new cookware a pizza pan and a pizza cutter other than that the condo was awesome! However there is light maintenance going on and the pool really needs updated it was kind of dirty and in bad condition also our entire stay we smelled nothing but marijuana in our condo it stunk so bad it made me sick"

"The location of the property on beautiful Perdido Key beach is spectacular. Having an indoor pool is a lifesaver for kids on inclement weather days. Unfortunately, all I can say about this unit, though, is that it's 'adequate'. The kitchen is very sparsely equipped (only 1 teaspoon, 4 mismatched coffee cups, 5 mismatched ice tea glasses, etc). The refrigerator is old with some sort of stains on the door, the dishwasher is also old and very loud. The toilet in the guest bathroom would not flush...

"Great location, great beach....filthy condo. The floors were so dirty we had to get supplies and clean them ourselves. Our grandsons feet and hands (he walks and crawls still) were black with dirt the first hour we were there. There were blue tape notes on the walls and ceiling where work was needed but not done. The vacuum was so full of grime and dirt that it was unusable. We drove a long way from Dallas to spend a week at the beach so had to put up with it, but if I were you I would not rent...
