Phoenix 10 Unit #813...You will absolutely love the location of this condo! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-font condo is located directly on the ocean and steps away from the famous Flora-Bama!

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We have a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! There is plenty of seating at the bar and in the dining area for your family. And, the living room has lots of seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two full-sized beds and the third bedroom has a queen. Everything you'll need for a fabulous vacation!

The views from this balcony are fantastic! There is access to the balcony from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Imagine waking up to that view every morning! Enjoy it while sipping your coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine. That's what it's all about!

We enjoyed a spring break stay at this condo. The condo was clean and nicely appointed, and the amenities at Phoenix X are great. Communication with the rental company was excellent, check in and out were a breeze. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area, thank you!

Great location, beautiful water and beaches. Condo could use a little updating. Dryer didn’t work that well and some of the outlets in the rooms didn’t work either but overall great vacation and stay.

Very nice condo at a great location.
Our group of 6 adults and two children enjoyed our stay. The condo definitely fit our needs and the location was great especially being next door to Flora-Bama and other restaurants. The only negative was that the sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced.

This place was perfect!! Even bigger than the pictures appeared online. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size! Balcony had an awesome view of the water! Elevators were quick and easy. 6 adults and a baby stayed comfortably here! 10/10 BOOK IT!!

Amazing condo!
This was a girls trip planned, and we couldn’t rave more about the property! It was right on the beach. It looked like it did in the pictures and the property manager was easy to communicate with if we had any questions. She even let us check out a little bit later than intended When we asked last minute. The staff at the condo complex was amazing answered any questions we had and was very friendly.

Wonderful and easy!
We have stayed at Phoenix Properties before going through Brett Robinson agency. Check in with Melissa and VRBO was a breeze and much easier and quicker than through the front desk. The condo was great, clean and beautiful. Seriously, we probably have not had an easier experience!

Awesome location!! Comfortable beds except they were a little squeaky. Most places I’ve stayed have salt and pepper, coffee filters, extra toilet paper. We had to buy all of that so I hope it stays for the next guests… had a great time tho overall

LOVED this condo!! Great location and view of the ocean!! Very nice and clean and comfortable for our family!!! Kitchen was well stocked and loved the coffee maker!! Loved the big table on the balcony with 6 chairs and a lounger!! Melissa was the bomb and took care of everything before we got there!! Looking forward to next year and staying here again!!

We just have a few issues. The king bed in master was way to high for us older people. All the beds were all to hard. The dryer went out and they had somebody there to fix it in just a few hours. We really enjoyed our stay. The lady at the front desk at check in was awesome. She was so friendly and helpful.

We were only there two 4 days and 2 of them they had to do maintenance updates. e
I would like to stay there again and bring the kids. Without interruptions. I understand it was the slow seasons and probable didn't want to do maintenance updates during the busy season. It just kind of sucks for us. Love the condo and location though.
