"I booked this hotel as it is advertised as room with balcony, even comes with a photo of how the room looks like. I was disappointed when I was assigned with a room without a balcony and a window facing the back alley as the guest "needs to specifically request for a balcony during the booking", not automatically given. Felt like a false advertisement to me. Room is very small but comfy bed. 5 mins walk from main train station. Other than that, everything else is good."

"Other than the Wi-Fi issues, the hotel, location and my stay was good. Wi-Fi system need to be upgraded and changed from a public setting to private network to allow for business use because most company devices are restricted to private networks for security reasons."

"Property is clean and efficiently run. Rooms have what you need but nothing extra. One pillow per bed and towels are thin. Located between two busy roads and not walkable unless you’re going to a soccer/football match and roads are closed. Uber to downtown or train stations. Lots of options for breakfast and the staff is very friendly. "
