"Lift not in use. Booked before we knew. Main reason we booked as both of us struggle with stairs. Booked through hotels .com. and they state lift not in use overnight. My fault as i didn't check on the hotel site. They did show lift out of action. Lesson learnt. Bathroom very small and dated. Room basic as expected, clean and had kettle etc. Breakfast was included. Juice,cereal, bacon etc. Very good. Asked for a slight change and it was no problem. Delia the lady was amazing. Nothing too much...

"Ah - MGP 2024 - the weather - not their fault! We enjoyed our stay at Ramsey Park. The staff were really friendly and keen to help - but some needed a little training or guidance, being so young. Eventually, I found someone who could get my room door key to work for longer than a few hours! "Kittiwake House was an excellent place to stay in Port Erin and a very convenient base for exploring all of Isle of Man.
