"Communication from Nick was 1st class, very good customer service. Have stayed a few times now. The studio i was in this time, waa clean and well presented. The only issues was the floor was creaky going to the en suite. Also the firestick didn't have any sound which it did in the other studio. Not a huge problem, but a smart tv would be a good solution. My only reason for marking down from 5 stars is that they seemed understaffed at breakfast, the young lady who was serving, and managing reception, was doing an excellent job but was overstretched, leading to the buffet being missing quite a few items. "Wonderfull stay in a excellently converted former stable building behing the main house. Perfectly clean and cozy. Best for a solo traveler or couple used to a smaller room. Free parking in the courtyard and just a few minute walk to center of town. Owner was very friendly and offered travel tips."

"Absolutely fantastic - an incredibly beautiful property in a lovely quiet street. The room was so comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a fantastic bathroom. Breakfast, which you order the evening before, was absolutely delicious and Alison was a fantastic host. The building had a stunning front room for guests to use and was beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious, quiet, peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend and we will definitely go back if we are staying in Ayr again - I can’t...
