"I emailed the property the evening before regarding parking options. They responded very quickly. When we arrived the hotel was immaculately clean. The lady on reception was lovely and even though we are english she spoke with us in spanish and we understood her. This is what we like in Spain. We do not want to hear English. "We booked this place for the kitchenette. Which was basically non existent. We had to stay on the first floor. It was loud, there’s no elevator to what I assume are better options. The area was fine. The hotel is in transition. "
