"I have never in my life been in a hotel that is so impeccably clean and well maintained, where the staff is genuinely happy to help, quiet yet close to everything, incredible breakfast served at your table, not the classic rush and traffic jam to get to the food, good safe parking for car or motorcycle , there is even a bisd feeding station!"

The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course!
