"AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I paid the full amount for 2 nights at this property only to get there and the executive room was giving out. after alot of argument, we finally got one only to be told we have to pay more money for the room due to exchange rate or some bull. They have a horrible customer service and extremely greedy managers. i wont touch that establishment again with a pole. "

"Kings solomon hotel is not an hotel,i got there and i was told they don't have the information of my reservation, my money were not refunded ,i never slept or spent time there ,i was standard i have to look for another hotel that night, even when i presented receipts of payment,nothing was done, please i need my refund.
