"The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously! The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town. We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff. The heating in the room was not great though. The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it. "Good location, clean room, nice breakfast and friendly maids. Parking nightmare no code or instructions given before we got there. The lady who answered the phone sent email begrudgingly and really didn’t want to help. Her response was well if you don’t like it you can ask for refund! Really helpful at 18:30 in middle of Tours!"
