Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"The airport transfer was organised and easy. The gentleman picking us up was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and had a beautiful vibe. The pool right outside the courtyard door was tranquil and beautiful, especially very early in the morning. A bath gave some relaxation after long flights.
